Customs, duties and freight
If you run operations outside of Australia, you can bulk ship inventory to our Sydney and/or Melbourne locations, so you don’t have to deal with customs and import duties each time you ship an Australian order. When it comes to becoming a non-resident importer, ShipBob will walk you through the process of sending freight to our Australian fulfilment centre. Once you ship inventory to our Australian location, you have the option to choose between standard or expedited shipping options. The average transit time to all of Australia is 1-7 business days.
