Senior Vice President, North America Sales

Marina Golemis

I found out I was expecting my first daughter only months after joining ShipBob. Naturally I was apprehensive to share the news as I was not sure how it would impact my career and the company’s confidence with me. I was met with unconditional support from everyone I told, including my direct manager. It gave me so much confidence going out on maternity leave knowing my job was safe when I returned. Not only was my job safe, I was able to earn 3 promotions in 3 years while having 2 children and going on maternity leave twice! Being a working mother is not easy but having the support of your company makes it not only possible, but sets me up for success both professionally and personally.

Senior Merchant Care Representative

Terese Bostick

My favorite part about flexible PTO is the fact that I can take some time to myself at any time that I would like. It prevents me from having burnout. PTO along with wellness days helps keep me grounded and keeps my mental health healthy. On my last PTO, I came up to Chicago to visit family and friends that I haven not seen in a while. It was a great time. On my last wellness day, I was actually able to take care of some things that I have been putting on the backburner. It felt good to have those errands accomplished.
