Despite having lofty goals, the ShipBob team is a group of like-minded individuals with a "can do" attitude constantly working to improve each other and our proprietary technology stack. This stems from our founders’ top-down management style.
Since the day that I started working here, the atmosphere has been very family-oriented. Everyone is here to help everyone else succeed!
I love working at ShipBob because of how much emphasis is placed on working as a team within the HQ and fulfillment centers to reach our company goal. I started out working as a picker/packer in the NY fulfillment center and then moved to the HQ to work in Customer Success, and I saw first-hand, in both positions, a genuine care amongst all the employees to work together to help our clients' businesses grow.
My core mission day in and day out is to equip my teams with the skills and resources necessary to drive success. Behind the scenes, I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders from teams across the company; immersing myself in new and exciting problems to solve and finding a fix together is what keeps me fulfilled.
I have the privilege to work alongside some incredible people. Each member of our team brings something different to the table to help us accomplish our goals. I look forward to coming to work because I learn something valuable from them everyday.
I love the creative energy that makes us take on every new challenge head-on and find an innovative solution for it. It’s also incredible to see the immense respect that each member has for others within and across teams.
I love working at ShipBob because our work directly helps empower innovative e-commerce businesses, allowing them to compete with Amazon through affordable shipping and faster delivery. As a ShipBob employee, I love helping our merchants deliver that kind of an experience to their customers.
One of the main reasons I love working at ShipBob is how open and friendly everyone is across the company. This is one of the most diverse companies that I've worked in, and whenever a problem comes up, it is very interesting to see the different approaches that we come up with based on all of the different backgrounds. This also means that everyone's always eager to learn about and from each other.
