Despite having lofty goals, the ShipBob team is a group of like-minded individuals with a "can do" attitude constantly working to improve each other and our proprietary technology stack. This stems from our founders’ top-down management style.
I love working at ShipBob because of how much emphasis is placed on working as a team within the HQ and fulfillment centers to reach our company goal. I started out working as a picker/packer in the NY fulfillment center and then moved to the HQ to work in Customer Success, and I saw first-hand, in both positions, a genuine care amongst all the employees to work together to help our clients' businesses grow.
One of the main reasons I love working at ShipBob is how open and friendly everyone is across the company. This is one of the most diverse companies that I've worked in, and whenever a problem comes up, it is very interesting to see the different approaches that we come up with based on all of the different backgrounds. This also means that everyone's always eager to learn about and from each other.
The people at ShipBob have made it extremely enjoyable to come into work every day. Because we are a startup company, different projects arise everyday, but everyone here is so willing to learn and help each other out that mountains turn into mole hills very quickly!
