Bennet Alexander is the Director of Enterprise Pricing at ShipBob, where he leads pricing strategy and contracting for enterprise merchants. He helps brands navigate the fulfillment, shipping, and contract decisions that shape total logistics costs and support more efficient, scalable supply chains. Bennet has structured 3PL contracts for hundreds of enterprise merchants across DTC, WMS, omnichannel, and B2B fulfillment, bringing a practical and approachable perspective to the math behind rate cards and the value of the right 3PL partnership. Before joining ShipBob, Bennet held procurement, operations, and supply chain leadership roles at Amazon, including ownership of the commercial relationship with the United States Postal Service. His experience spans ecommerce fulfillment, transportation procurement, vendor management, aviation supply chain, and financial analysis, giving him a broad view of how logistics decisions impact service, cost, and growth. Bennet holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.
