What is the cost of Premium Onboarding?

There is a one-time flat fee of USD $499 (note: if paying via credit card in USD, you are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee: USD $513.97) for the three pre-configured calls. Your discovery call is free of charge, and our Merchant Care team is available throughout your time with ShipBob, for no additional cost.

When should I get started with Premium Onboarding?

Here are a few things we expect from merchants scheduling a discovery call:

  • You are ready to send your inventory to ShipBob within the next 2-3 weeks.
  • Your order volume does not exceed 80% B2C (business-to-consumer) orders

Can I use additional / value-added services while in Premium Onboarding?

In some cases merchants require our additional services. Please review pricing and policy information for each additional service as needed.
