We’re committed to supporting your continued growth, and part of that is making your payment processes as seamless as possible. Over the next two months, we’re adding more payment method flexibility, allowing merchants to pay via direct debit in their local currency. We’ll start by enabling BACS for our UK merchants, followed by SEPA for EU merchants, and finally BECS for Australian merchants.

Now you can search by store SKU in addition to product ID, inventory ID, and product name to quickly find what you need when creating a warehouse receiving order, with more improvements designed to further streamline getting your inventory to a ShipBob fulfillment center.

Merchants with Shopify and WooCommerce stores can handle lost order claims in one-click – no more ticket queues or waiting around. Submit a claim directly from your ShipBob dashboard and we’ll automatically perform an eligibility check. If everything’s in order, expect your credit within a minute!

Search, filter, and download invoices 🌎 We launched new invoice filtering and downloading capabilities to give you full visibility into all ShipBob charges in one easy-to-download file with up to 600k line items.
View order-level credits and receive transaction-level refunds 🌎 You can now view credits and claims tied to each order, giving you a clearer picture of your revenue and costs. Plus, for refunds, we’ll break down which charges were refunded from individual transactions, not just invoices.

Multi-Factor Authentication for Added Security 🌏
We take your feedback seriously and are dedicated to keeping your data safe and secure. Starting in September, you’ll be able to enhance your account security and protect your ShipBob dashboard data with multi-factor authentication at login at the user and/or company level. This optional but recommended feature strengthens your account by making it harder for unauthorized users to gain access, even if passwords are compromised, reducing the risk of phishing by requiring a second authentication factor for login access.
