ShipBob Plus
There are so many growth opportunities on the table for us – and because ShipBob Plus offers so many different solutions and growth levers, we’re able to leverage our existing partnership to scale instead of having to go out and find different providers for every new expansion.
Jessica Cedarleaf, VP of Operations at Tonies

Optimize Your Supply Chain
Using ShipBob’s lot management capability, we’re able to check our lot numbers and keep the warehouse accountable – but I’ve not had to step in to make sure that we’re sending out the right products because everything is automated. It’s been a big time-saver and made managing the whole lot aspect of our business much easier.
Oscar Gutierrez, Operations Fulfillment Manager at goPure

Delight Shoppers
Our business is complicated – we have a wide variety of products and we do a lot of customization – but ShipBob’s team has done an amazing job at learning our business, and the technology that drives ShipBob’s packing process ensures that every order gets fulfilled to our particular specifications.
Melissa Mosheim, DIrector of Operations at Aroma360

Sell Everywhere
Automating B2B through ShipBob’s EDI solution is massively helpful in decreasing the amount of administrative work we do behind the scenes. We save three full-time employees’ worth of work with that connection and ShipBob’s team is always available and ready if we need more support.
Danica Quilty, Ecommerce Director at Lyres

Go Global
After getting started in the UK, one of our biggest growth drivers has been entering new markets – especially those in Europe and the EU – which we’ve been able to do thanks to ShipBob’s global fulfillment network. We started storing inventory and fulfilling orders from ShipBob’s fulfillment center in the Netherlands about a year into our partnership, and it was a game-changer.
Connor Westby, Co-Founder of NutriPaw

Connect & Build Anything
ShipBob gives us a really clear view on the data we need. We can quickly go into the ShipBob dashboard and see, What are we shipping? How long does it take to ship? What is our time from order to door?
Nish Samantray, Co-Founder of Arrae

Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) Service Enhancements 🌎
We’ve expanded our DDP capabilities to provide improved service levels and more competitive rates across key cross-border routes.
For merchants using ShipBob’s DDP solution via FlavorCloud, we’ve updated carriers for standard DDP shipments originating from the UK and EU (with Australia coming soon), and launched a new standard DDP service from Canada. These changes improve delivery performance for cross-border orders while lowering total landed costs for end customers.
For merchants using ShipBob DDP via Global-E, we’ve added a new carrier for US outbound shipments, now available as a standard service level alongside their existing DHL Express offering. This gives merchants greater flexibility, better coverage, and improved economics.

New IPP API for ‘Get Inventory Distributions by WRO’ 🌎

ShipBob’s Developer portal now offers a new IPP API that allows merchants to programmatically retrieve inventory distribution details for any IPP receiving order, including how inventory is allocated once it arrives at the hub. Updated Store Integrations Settings Page 🌎

A revamped store management experience is launching that consolidates native store integrations (like Shopify, Amazon, ShipStation, and more) into a single, streamlined view. Beta testing begins January 15th, merchants interested in participating should reach out to their ShipBob support contact to learn more.

Fulfill.io Integration Update 🌎
ShipBob’s Fulfil.io integration now syncs package-level tracking while keeping all packages under a single shipment. This improves visibility into individual tracking numbers and supports B2B requirements like generating one invoice per order, helping merchants stay compliant and avoid retailer fines. Learn more.
Cube Aware Cluster Picking for WMS Merchants 🇺🇸
Coming later this quarter, Cube Aware Cluster picking will help WMS merchants create more efficient pick waves by accounting for bin capacity alongside order size. By preventing bins from being overfilled and reducing the need to split orders across carts, this update improves picking accuracy, increases orders per cart, and helps teams prioritize critical orders to meet SLAs. If interested in participating in beta testing, WMS merchants can reach out to their Merchant Success Manager to participate.
Single Picking and Packing Flow for WMS Merchants 🇺🇸
Boost warehouse efficiency for single-unit orders with the new single picking and packing flow. This new process groups orders with single-item barcoded SKUs into one picking trip and streamlines packing steps, allowing pickers to handle more units in fewer trips and for packers to reduce scans and movements. This results in higher productivity and more orders processed each day. This feature will be available for all WMS merchants in Q1 2026.
