Fast Track Receiving, Exclusively for ShipBob Plus Merchants 🌎
Starting later this year, we will be offering fast-track receiving, built exclusively for ShipBob Plus merchants to reduce costs and get inventory shipping faster. With a 1-day SLA, fast-track receiving helps get inventory dock-to-stock in a fraction of the time, ensuring products are ready to ship quickly.
By sending a single SKU or lot per pallet and meeting a few key requirements (barcode and carton-level details, one WRO per shipment, and first article inspection completed at least once per SKU), fast-growing brands with recurring, high-volume shipments can avoid manual exceptions, have their inventory ready to ship in a fraction of the time, and unlock smoother, more consistent fulfillment operations.
Coming to ShipBob Plus in late Q3/early Q4.

TrackBob Customization & Expansion 🇺🇸
Starting late September, our new order tracking page experience, TrackBob, will expand its availability to include eligible non-zone skipped orders via Shopify for US merchants. Even better, merchants will be able to customize the tracking experience by replacing ShipBob branding with their own logo, URL, and more, directly from the ShipBob dashboard.
This update lets merchants own more of the post-purchase experience, keeping customers engaged with their brand instead of redirecting them to a third-party carrier page.
Later, TrackBob will support eligible global orders originating from Shopify, ShipStation, ShipBob’s Developer API, manual Excel uploads, and all zone-skipped orders.

UK Same-Day Order Fulfillment Cutoff Extended to 8pm (From 6pm) 🇬🇧
We’ve extended our DTC same-day order fulfillment cutoff to 8pm local time from all of our UK fulfillment centers, giving end customers more time to place orders that will be fulfilled that day and helping merchants boost conversion and satisfaction.

Shopify Point of Sale (POS) Integration for ShipBob WMS 🇺🇸 By Request
ShipBob WMS merchants can now leverage our Shopify Point of Sale integration to manage inventory and process sales at brick-and-mortar retail locations and on the go. When a sale is made, inventory levels are automatically updated within ShipBob’s system, helping merchants keep stock counts accurate across channels. To request access, merchants can reach out to their Merchant Success Manager.

Macy’s Marketplace Integration 🇺🇸
US-based merchants can now list products on Macys.com and reach millions of new customers to grow brand recognition. This integration automatically syncs products, orders, tracking, inventory, and returns data between ShipBob and Macy’s Marketplace using their Mirakl account. Learn more.
Ability to Specify the Fulfilling Warehouse for Retail EDI Orders via SPS Commerce 🇺🇸
Merchants can now configure their EDI transmissions through SPS Commerce to specify their preferred ShipBob fulfillment center to fulfill a purchase order (PO), giving them greater control over how orders are shipped. If no fulfillment center is specified, ShipBob will automatically route the order to the most optimal location with enough inventory to fulfill the PO. To set this up, merchants can reach out to their contact at SPS Commerce.
Instant Inventory Sync for Shopify, Amazon, & BigCommerce 🌎
ShipBob will be upgrading from scheduled inventory updates to a real-time, event-driven sync. This upcoming update eliminates delays in inventory availability across channels, helping merchants prevent overselling, reduce customer service escalations, and maintain accurate stock levels at all times.

New Reports: Undelivered Shipments & SLAs🌎
This quarter, merchants will have access to two new reports, designed to help merchants stay ahead of potential issues and monitor business performance in just a few clicks:
- Undelivered Shipments Report: Quickly spot packages that haven’t moved and may be carrier claim-eligible or are approaching claim eligibility.
- SLA Report: Track on-time vs. late order fulfillment, see trends by fulfillment center, and identify orders affected by SLA breaches.

Improved Inventory Status Accuracy & Visibility 🌎
This August, ShipBob is introducing two new inventory visibility fields to give operators a more detailed and accurate view of stock levels to move faster and stay aligned in real time. The new “In Fulfillment” quantity shows units that have been picked for active orders but not yet shipped, while “Exception Quantity by FC” helps improve inventory sync accuracy to Shopify, especially during large B2B order allocations that could impact DTC availability.

Support for Products with Multiple Barcodes 🌎
ShipBob’s Product Catalog now supports multiple barcodes per product, helping brands with complex or high-SKU catalogs increase speed and avoid errors across the fulfillment process. Whether at receiving, picking, or shipping, barcode scanning becomes a smarter, more flexible checkpoint, driving greater accuracy, fewer exceptions, and more reliable fulfillment at scale.

Lot & Expiration Management for Kitting Orders 🌎
Merchants can now gain better inventory control and traceability with lot-specific kitting. Lot numbers and expiration dates can be assigned to B2B and kitting orders during creation, helping ensure compliance and simplifying quality control.

Users can view delivery success rates and message history, test or replay failed events instantly, and access detailed payloads and diagnostics for tighter integration and faster troubleshooting. Variant SKU Added to WRO & Return Details Page 🌎
Coming early August, you will be able to see variant SKUs on WROs and the return details page in the ShipBob dashboard, enabling faster and more accurate receiving and returns processing. With clearer product identification, merchants can avoid errors and delays and improve efficiency across more of the supply chain.
App Analytics for OAuth Apps 🌎
Building on ShipBob’s Self-Serve App Creation & Publishing release, developers and app integration partners will soon have access to performance analytics for their OAuth apps later this quarter. They will be able to view key insights such as installs, API health, and active users directly from the ShipBob dashboard. This update empowers app creators with the data they need to monitor performance and optimize app experiences.
Unleashed Integration 🌎
Seamlessly connect Unleashed with ShipBob to streamline fulfillment by syncing products, orders, and tracking information. This integration will be available for merchants using Unleashed later this year.
WRO Status History Dates for Developer API 🌎
Now available via ShipBob’s Developer API, WRO Status History Dates make it easier to reconcile inventory between systems. Developers can now query WROs by completion date, access a full timeline of receiving milestones, and reduce manual work with improved system-to-system sync between ShipBob’s dashboard and merchants’ internal tools.
People Said…

Delight Shoppers
We have a close relationship with our Merchant Success Manager and the ShipBob team within the fulfillment center. If we ever need something to go out to an influencer or brand owner, they’ll pack the orders themselves to make them extra pretty with our custom packaging and fancy paper. They give those orders the extra little touch that makes a huge impact.
Callum Jones, Director of Operations & Marketplace at Hairburst

Go Global
With ShipBob we’ve been able to create a standardized model for the UK, Europe, and North America. With ShipBob’s integrations, we have the same platform for Shopify and Amazon and our payment mechanisms are the same. This has allowed us to have one standard that we operate at across countries.
Michael Harper, Co-Founder of CRIMPiT

Sell Everywhere
We recently did a TV promotional drop for QVC and we received 20,000 orders in a single day. When we do that kind of volume in such a short amount of time, I don’t even know how we would possibly staff up to process those orders all by ourselves. It would take months and months of planning, but with ShipBob, it got done so quickly — it only took 2 days to get all the orders shipped — and that was during peak season, too. It was seamless.
Rachel Tannenholz, President of Aroma360

Optimize Your Supply Chain
It’s been very comforting that ShipBob is able to help us with food safety compliance. The ShipBob team at the fulfillment center has had conversations with us on how to make sure our products are best stored safely and securely. We’ve received strong compliance and willingness to implement additional measures with ShipBob.
Connor Stewart, Head of Operations + Impact at ARTAH

Connect & Build Anything
One of the biggest surprises with ShipBob is the number of integrations we’ve been able to use. We’ve been able to improve our omnichannel experience as a result of our partnership. For example, we’re fulfilling our TikTok Shop orders through ShipBob, which we’ve been able to greatly increase. And the fulfillment times are incredible. 98% of our TikTok Shop orders are being fulfilled on the same day they are placed.
