How to set up ShipBob and Magento

1. Integrate ShipStation with ShipBob

Create a free account with ShipBob to access ShipBob’s fulfilment dashboard, then follow the steps here to integrate ShipBob in just a few clicks.

  • Click Integrations on the left-hand navigation bar.
  • Select App Store from the drop-down menu.
  • You will be redirected to the Apps & Integrations page.
  • Click the Adobe Commerce icon.
  • Click Connect next to Magento (OAuth).
  • From your Adobe Commerce admin panel, click System on the left-hand navigation bar and select Integrations under EXTENSIONS.
  • You will be redirected to the Integrations page. Click the Add New Integration button.
  • You will be redirected. Fill in the Integration Information and follow the rest of the instructions.

2. Sync your products

The Sync new Products feature allows ShipBob to import products created in your Magento store to your ShipBob dashboard. When enabled, new products are synced either automatically based on the schedule you select under the 3. SCHEDULE tab, or manually when you click SYNC NOW on your My Apps page in the ShipBob dashboard. Read more here.

3. Sync your products

4. Send inventory to ShipBob

Once you’ve successfully synced your products with ShipBob’s dashboard, you can create a WRO and ship products to one or more ShipBob’s fulfilment centre locations. Once we receive your inventory, orders placed on your online store will be automatically sent to ShipBob to be picked, packed, and shipped.
