Melissa Nick is Chief Supply Chain Officer at ShipBob, a global omnifulfillment platform that supports thousands of ecommerce brands with a network of 60+ fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. Melissa joins ShipBob with over 20 years of supply chain experience, having most recently served as Amazon's VP of North America Customer Fulfillment where she led operations, planning, and engineering teams across more than 250 fulfillment centers. As ShipBob’s CSCO, Melissa leverages her deep domain expertise to oversee the end-to-end design and execution of supply chain and logistics infrastructure for both ShipBob’s fulfillment network and customers managing their own fulfillment with ShipBob's WMS. Melissa is an alum of Vanderbilt University.
