Please reach out to your Merchant Care Manager or our <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shipbob.com\/s\/article\/How-do-I-get-in-touch-with-ShipBob-s-Merchant-Care-team\/\">Merchant Care team<\/a> to facilitate this setup:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom packaging and labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handwritten notes: Notes that are prepared in advance and SKU\u2019d are fine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-SKU\u2019d packaging material: SKU\u2019d packaging material is fine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift wrapping or ribbons: Custom boxes that are SKU\u2019d are fine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom pack instructions: SKU everything in advance or kit them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kitting and bundles (e.g. variety packs or a special arrangement of products)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B2B ordersCustom packing slips or notes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other custom work (e.g. serial scans, non-standard box sizes, applying stickers to products, or assembly)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heavy products (e.g. items over 50 pounds or total shipments over 99 pounds)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large products (Items greater than 48 inches in any dimension; this requires additional storage; at least 2 pallets)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials (e.g. laptop batteries, certain aerosol sprays)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fragile products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you aren\u2019t sure whether what you need is considered standard or custom, or you need expedited receiving, reach out to your Merchant Care Manager or our <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shipbob.com\/s\/article\/How-do-I-get-in-touch-with-ShipBob-s-Merchant-Care-team\/\">Merchant Care team<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shipping Rules The following are not automatically included in ShipBob\u2019s fulfilment services and require set-up to execute properly.
