Choose a forecast period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A forecast period is the length of time used to determine the exact inventory quantities you\u2019ll need to order. First, think through:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your maximum stock level for a given SKU (i.e., what the inventory count will be in the pallet or on the shelf when it\u2019s completely full. If you have unlimited funds and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shipbob.com\/warehouse-operations\/inventory-storage\/\">inventory storage space<\/a>, this can be a higher number, or the space allotted for that particular SKU).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As your stock depletes as you fulfil orders, you\u2019ll need to replenish it.
