We\u2019ve had a small operations team from the beginning, and with our last fulfilment provider, it was challenging to manage more than one facility with their platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having inventory in just one fulfilment centre resulted in slower shipments and led to less-than-excellent experiences for our customers.&nbsp;Some shipments were taking 8-10 days to get delivered, and some still hadn&#8217;t been delivered after 3 weeks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As we were evaluating new fulfilment partners, one of our main priorities was dialing down on delivery times.
