It\u2019s time to discover if your supplier\u2019s CBD is actually legal to ship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three criteria you\u2019ll want to look for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-their-cbd-s-thc-levels-are-under-0-3\">1. Their CBD\u2019s THC levels are under 0.3%<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Check your supplier\u2019s CBD levels by going to their website, reading their product info, or contacting them directly. They need to possess a license from the Department of Agriculture of the state from which you are shipping. A shipper is not required to present documentation at the time of shipping, but such documentation, including certificates, or any other required document, may be requested at any time.
